System Administrator — Azroksan We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise server and infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability, security, and operational continuity across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Systems Administration: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, File Server) and Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu). • Virtualization & Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage VMware infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vMotion). • Cloud & Collaboration: Administer Microsoft 365 services (Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) and hybrid identity integration. • Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement and manage Veeam Backup & Replication solutions, perform restoration testing and disaster recovery operations. • Security & Compliance: Apply system hardening standards (CIS benchmarks, Microsoft baselines) and align with ISO 27001 / NIST standards. • Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and Python. • Monitoring & Performance: Monitor infrastructure health using Zabbix, PRTG, or Nagios. • Networking & Integration: Support DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN technologies (IPSec/SSL VPN). • Database & Application Support: Support PostgreSQL and MongoDB environments. • Telephony Systems: Manage VoIP/IP Telephony systems (3CX). Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, System Engineering, or related field; • Minimum 4+ years of experience in enterprise system administration; • Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025), Active Directory, Linux, and VMware (ESXi, vCenter); • Proven experience with Veeam Backup, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments; • Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell (required), Bash, and Python; • Strong understanding of networking, system security, and ISO 27001 / NIST standards.
