Provided ongoing backend support and infrastructure maintenance on a contract basis while employed full-time at Webcoder LLC. Developed Laravel-based web applications and integrated RESTful APIs for internal and external systems. Managed MySQL databases and deployed applications using Docker/Linux environments. Troubleshot cPanel/WHM hosting issues (DNS, SSL, email configuration) and implemented scalable infrastructure practices.

Integrated the United Payment gateway for balance top-ups, card tokenization (recurring payments), checkout, and payment callback processing. Built a Laravel Sanctum authentication system with email OTP registration/password recovery, plus REST APIs for user and admin panels. Integrated the BinList API for automatic card/bank detection with a caching mechanism to reduce lookup latency.
Developed and maintained a certification management system for TIR drivers under the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan. Implemented automated certificate generation from predefined templates with dynamic driver data, plus a manual certificate creation workflow. Built an examination management module and integrated digital signature support for multiple authorized signatories. Implemented QR code verification linking certificates to a validation page, and added multi-format certificate export.
